Upcoming Site Maintenance
From 22:00 on Saturday 1 March until 2:30 on Sunday 2 March, we will be updating the Railcard website due to a price change.
During this time it will not be possible to buy, renew or request a replacement Railcard. There won't be any delay to you receiving a physical Railcard you have already ordered.

No. You will not be able to access your account during the maintenance period.
Can I purchase Railcards via the website?
No. You will not be able to purchase a Railcard until the planned maintenance is complete.
Can I renew or replace Railcards via the website?
No. You will not be able to renew or replace a Railcard until the planned maintenance is complete
Can I request a new download code from the website?
No. You will not be able to request a new download code during the maintenance period.
Will I be able to access my digital Railcard during the site maintenance?
Yes. You will be able to access and display your existing digital Railcard, as long as it has already been downloaded to your device.
Will I be able to browse the Railcard website?
Yes. You will be able to browse the website during the maintenance period.
Will I be able to post a query or compliant using the Contact Us page?
Yes. The maintenance will take place outside of Contact Centre opening hours (07:00 to 22:00) but you will still be able to access the Contact Us page to post a query or complaint.
Can I get in touch with the Contact Centre?
